Due to personnel shortages we have often not been able to handle inquiries from patients and physicians in time. Nevertheless we were fully aware of the importance of an instant advice for concerned patients and their relatives. During the last weeks we have been able to build up our team of physicians as well as our patient management team. Our call center can now inform you at any time about the current processing times for inquiries.
